Speech Language Pathologist in Monroe, WA

With a manageable caseload of 40–50 students, you’ll rotate between two elementary schools, fostering communication skills and enriching the academic and social lives of young learners.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Washington SLP License
- Valid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate for Washington
- At least two years of school-based SLP experience, preferably with elementary-aged children
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of current therapeutic approaches and IEP processes
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct speech-language services and therapy to K–5 students
- Conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and monitoring student progress
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Managing and prioritizing a caseload of 40–50 students across two locations
- Providing consultation and resources to school staff and parents
- Maintaining accurate records in compliance with school and district guidelines
Compensation for this position is competitive, starting at $50 per hour.
