As a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver targeted therapy to school-aged children with communication needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough evaluations of students with speech and language disorders
  • Design and implement customized therapy plans to address each child’s unique needs
  • Conduct engaging therapy sessions focusing on speech, language, and communication goals
  • Regularly monitor and meticulously document student progress
  • Collaborate seamlessly with educators, specialists, and other professionals to promote coordinated care
  • Educate and empower families, involving them in their child’s therapy journey

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active (or eligibility for) state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to balance working autonomously with the benefits of a collaborative team

To qualify for this role, a current, state-approved Speech-Language Pathology license and a Master’s degree in the field are required.
