Required Qualifications:
- Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certification (CCC) or eligibility to complete a CFY
- School experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to K-12 students across 2-3 schools (caseload and locations determined during the interview process)
- Manage a caseload of approximately 55 students (part-time options available, handling 25-28 students over 2.5-3 days weekly)
- Work full-time, 37.5 hours per week (7.5-hour days with a 30-minute, unpaid lunch) during school hours only
- Develop and implement IEPs, progress monitoring, and documentation in accordance with district policies
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide family/caregiver support as needed
