Qualifications:
- Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
- Prior experience or training in school-based settings preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and IEP compliance
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students
- Create and implement individualized speech and language interventions in alignment with IEP goals
- Maintain thorough documentation on student progress and communication with stakeholders
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Support inclusive classroom practices and provide staff consultation as needed
