Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active SLP license (state certification required)
  • Previous experience working with children and adolescents across elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and intervention skills
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update IEPs in collaboration with educators and families
  • Maintain accurate records of services and student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, caregivers, and support staff across school levels
  • Offer guidance and training to school personnel and parents regarding speech and language development
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary planning, and support student needs within an inclusive setting
