School Speech Language Pathologist - Mobile, AL

Assignments span three elementary campuses, providing the chance to collaborate with diverse teams and impact students across various school environments. Positions begin on August 10, 2026, and run through May 26, 2027, for a full academic year.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Active registration with the Board of Speech Examiners; documentation required
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Open to professionals interested in both in-person and virtual/VOCO delivery models
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, and communication needs for students in grades K–5
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Provide direct and consultative speech services, both individually and in small group settings
- Maintain comprehensive records and ensure timely completion of documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams for holistic support
- Manage a caseload across three schools, adapting approaches to each unique campus environment
