We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and support student success across multiple educational settings.
Position Opportunities
Speech-Language Pathologist Approximate caseload: 55 students Long-Term Substitute Speech-Language Pathologist Assignment Duration: Beginning of the school year through November 16
Essential Responsibilities
- Evaluate, identify, and provide services to students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with special education teams.
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services in accordance with student needs.
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
- Support students in accessing the curriculum and achieving academic, social, and communication goals.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with school-age students preferred.
