School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Minneapolis, Minnesota

Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC-SLP preferred)
- Experience delivering speech therapy in school settings
- Knowledge of IEP processes and progress documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility, compassion, and commitment to student growth
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech/language therapy to students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain thorough documentation
- Consult with teachers and caregivers to support classroom integration
- Implement evidence-based practices tailored to individual student needs
- Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment across all interactions
This contract position is set to begin on September 8, 2026, and conclude on June 10, 2027. You will work full-time, totaling 37.5 hours per week, in one building that may serve students from South Education Center, North Education Center, Ann Bremer Education Center, or West Education Center.
