What You'll Bring:
- Active and valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in a school-based SLP setting is highly desirable
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, families, and education teams
- Ability to organize and adapt therapy to fit individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all students
Your Role Includes:
- Providing direct speech-language therapy and assessments within a school setting
- Collaborating with educators and support staff to address communication needs
- Maintaining thorough and timely documentation, including IEP reporting and data tracking
- Supporting 4:1 small group and individualized therapy models
- Working within one building, with support from education centers across the district
- Engaging with students and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
