Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Minneapolis, MN
Two contract opportunities are available for certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) specializing in school settings. Both positions are located in Minneapolis, MN, and involve providing speech therapy services to students with articulation and speech needs.
Position 1:
- Part-time at 0.5 FTE
- Serving 15-20 students
- Caseload consists of K-8 students
- Working within a single school building
Position 2:
- Full-time at 1.0 FTE
- Serving 20-30 students
- Caseload includes K-12 students
- Based in one school building
Key qualifications and experience include:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in school-based settings
- Ability to deliver speech therapy services focused on articulation and speech sound disorders
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare contexts
- Familiarity with teletherapy practices for speech-language services is a plus
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred but new graduates encouraged to apply
Responsibilities for both roles entail conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering direct therapy services, maintaining detailed documentation, and collaborating with educators and families to support student progress. These roles emphasize supporting speech sound development within a school environment, contributing directly to student communication success.
