Schedule: Full-Time | School-Based | Monday–Friday
Contract: 2026-2027
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and collaborative Speech-Language Pathology to join a school-based team. The SLP will work to provide speech and language services to students across the school setting.
This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with children, collaborating with educators, and making a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic success.
Responsibilities
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
Implement individualized treatment plans and goals
Work with students individually or in small groups based on their needs and IEP goals.
Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, social communication, and other communication needs
Collect and document data related to student progress and treatment outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including service logs and progress data.
Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families as appropriate.
Participate in IEP meetings and other school-based meetings
Assist with screenings, observations, and other assessment-related activities
Establish positive relationships with students while creating a supportive and engaging therapy environment.
Follow all school, district, and state requirements regarding student confidentiality and professional conduct.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field, as required by the state.
Current SLP license/certification or eligibility for licensure in WI
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Passion for working with children and supporting student success.
Ability to follow treatment plans and accurately collect and document data.
