School Speech Language Pathologist - Millersville, Maryland

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
- Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical skills are valued
- Comfortable with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Commitment to ethical and evidence-based therapy
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments to identify communicative strengths and needs
- Develop and document individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate progress to families and school staff
- Offer consultation and support to teachers and caregivers
- Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided
- Adapt therapy techniques to both in-person and virtual learning environments as required
