Role Highlights:
- Collaborate in planning and implementing speech-language therapy for students aged 2 to 22 years
- Address a variety of needs: assistive technology, augmentative communication, articulation, voice, oral-motor function, feeding, social language, and language delays
- Conduct diagnostic and evaluation assessments, providing clear and insightful reports
- Develop and monitor IEP objectives, supporting students’ continued growth
- Partner with parents and staff to discuss progress and create effective strategies
- Work flexibly and creatively, supporting students with moderate to severe disabilities
Who We’re Looking For:
- Hold or be eligible for a Delaware state SLP license (CFY applicants welcomed!)
- Experience with moderate to severe disabilities is a plus
- Strong communicator with collaborative problem-solving skills
- Flexible, approachable, and eager to work in a multidisciplinary setting
