Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Midlothian, Virginia

Step into a dynamic contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist serving elementary through middle school students near Midlothian, VA. Desired Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Virginia Speech Language Pathologist License
- Specialized experience with pediatric or school-based SLP services
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners across elementary and middle school age groups
- Comfortable with both in-person and virtual service delivery models
- High level of organization to effectively manage a caseload ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Track student progress and regularly update IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student outcomes
- Document services provided in compliance with district and legal standards
- Participate in meetings and ongoing professional development
