Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP-CCC credentials
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for practice
- Recent experience in a school setting, preferably with preK ages (3-5)
- Strong knowledge of best practices for assessment, therapy, and IEP documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and individualized therapy for preK students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement engaging, evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with school and district expectations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful input for service provision
