About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and student-centered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary educational team. The SLP will provide assessment, intervention, and consultation services to support students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and social communication needs in a school-based setting.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language evaluations and interpret assessment results

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with federal and state regulations

Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students
-
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families

Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and progress reviews
-
Maintain accurate documentation, treatment notes, and compliance records
-
Support students in the least restrictive environment using evidence-based practices
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Valid state SLP license and/or eligibility for licensure
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs encouraged to apply, if applicable)

School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
