Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Active and current state licensure as an SLP.
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility.
- School-based experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine students’ speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and targeted interventions.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services to students from diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to support holistic student development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development as needed.
