Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC) required
- PA SLP Educator Certificate is mandatory
- Prior experience delivering school-based SLP services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Comfort with common speech/language assessment and IEP procedures
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions onsite, 3 days per week (8:15AM – 3:40PM)
- Conduct student assessments, develop treatment goals, and write accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to best support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress reports as needed
- Maintain organized records and comply with district and state regulatory guidelines
