We're seeking four Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with specialized school-based experience to make a real difference for students from preschool to high school. These positions run from late August 2026 through early June 2027, with potential for additional days for planning.
Opportunities Available:

- Assignments include high school, elementary, preschool, and bilingual positions

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid North Carolina State License and Educator Certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- SLP-CFYs with strong experience may be considered; SLPAs are not eligible
Role Highlights:
- High School: Provide primarily consultative support for 25-35 students with moderate to severe disabilities, many of whom use AAC or speech generating devices. Prior experience with AAC is essential.
- Preschool: Deliver services to support young learners with motor speech disorders, phonological delays, and early language needs.
- Elementary: Assignments and caseloads to be determined—ideal for those seeking varied experiences.
- Bilingual Role: Fluency in Spanish and English required to meet diverse student needs.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with school staff and existing SLPs to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Conduct assessments, deliver therapy, and provide recommendations for students using AAC devices or with complex communication needs
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation
- Serve as a communication resource for students, families, and educational teams
