Exciting opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists seeking a dynamic school-based contract assignment for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time, onsite role allows you to work within a diverse PreK-12 student population and contribute your expertise in a collaborative educational environment. Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid license to practice as an SLP within the state (or eligibility for licensure)
- Relevant experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Comfort and adaptability working across PreK-12 caseloads
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and therapy for students in need of speech, language, and communication support
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure student needs are met
- Provide consultative services and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Offer guidance and support to families regarding student progress and therapy recommendations
Contract Details:
- Assignment runs from August 2026 through June 2027
- Full five-day work week, totaling 37.5 hours
- Position is open to both local and traveling SLPs
