A contract opportunity is available for three Speech-Language Pathologists to provide onsite services across multiple school buildings in Fairfield, CA. This role involves supporting students from Pre-K through 12th grade, offering comprehensive speech and language therapy within a dynamic educational environment. The position is full-time, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade.
- Manage caseloads that vary from 35-40 students for Pre-K to 1st grade, 40-45 students for K-8th grade, and 50-55 students for K-12th grade.
- Collaborate with educational teams across multiple school buildings to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to school initiatives aimed at enhancing student outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Experience working within school settings, preferably serving diverse grade levels from early childhood to high school.
- Ability to manage multiple caseloads and work effectively across several buildings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing onsite services; virtual SLP candidates will not be considered.
- Please note, applicants with VOCO SLP or SLPA credentials are not eligible for this position.

Contract Dates: Immediate start through June 5, 2026
