Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Worcester, MA
A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services at a high school in Worcester, MA. This position is scheduled to begin immediately and will continue through June 20th, offering 24 hours per week across three days. The role focuses on delivering direct speech and language services to high school students, including assessment, testing, progress report writing, and IEP goal development.
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (MA SLP)
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC) preferred
- Experience in school settings supporting high school age groups
- Familiarity with IEP procedures, testing, and progress documentation
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students
- Conduct evaluations and testing as needed
- Write progress reports detailing student development
- Develop and update IEP goals in collaboration with the educational team
