School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Maple Grove, Minnesota

Key requirements:
- Valid Minnesota SLP license (attach as a PDF with your resume)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA CCCs preferred; Clinical Fellows considered
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for fostering student success and inclusion
Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students, including evaluation, therapy, and intervention
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate assessments, progress reports, and documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and training as required
- Adapt therapy and service delivery to align with students’ diverse needs
This position offers a traditional school calendar, with full-time hours (37.5 hours/week, Monday through Friday) from late August 2026 through early June 2027. You’ll become part of a dedicated school-based team making a real difference every day.
