Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Manchester, OH

With a flexible schedule of 20 hours per week over five days, you’ll support students in achieving their communication goals through both traditional and teletherapy approaches.
Qualifications:
- Current Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP OH)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Skilled in pediatric speech and language disorders
- Experience in both on-site and teletherapy service delivery models welcomed
- Familiarity with school-based SLP practices across K-12 populations
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators, caregivers, and other specialists
- Deliver direct therapy services both in person and via teletherapy platforms
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy approaches as appropriate
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies for support
