Qualifications:
- Current or eligible for Virginia SLP or SLPA license

- Proficiency in working with K-12 populations

- Commitment to supporting student growth and development
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students (caseload: 55)
- Collaborate with a team of 7 SLPs in a nurturing, team-based setting
- Engage in assessments, therapy planning, and IEP implementation
- Participate in professional development and team meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation and individualized student progress
