Pediatric Speech Pathology - Woodbridge, VA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active SLP license (CCC or CFY applicants encouraged to apply)
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Experience with teletherapy platforms a plus
- Collaborative spirit with strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders for K-4 students
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and families
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy—both onsite and via teletherapy as needed
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in line with school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Offer consultation and support to classroom staff regarding communication strategies
