Speech Language Pathologist in Magnolia, DE

In this role, you will:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students, adapting interventions to diverse needs
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and write effective IEPs tailored to individual student goals
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators and families
- Collect progress monitoring data and document therapy outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely therapy notes and records
Desired qualifications:
- Holds active and valid Delaware SLP licensure/certification (documentation required with your application)
- SLP-CCC credential and prior experience working in K–12 school settings strongly preferred
- Proven ability to write IEPs, conduct evaluations, and utilize systems like Data Service Center and PowerSchool
- Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills
- Must be available full-time, Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week throughout the 2026-2027 school year
- SLPA candidates will not be considered for this opening
