Key Qualifications:
- California SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in California schools
- At least 1 year of hands-on SEIS (Special Education Information System) experience
- Proven ability to manage high caseloads and frequent referrals
- Previous experience supervising SLPAs alongside facilitators is highly valued
- Bilingual Spanish skills are an asset but not a requirement
- Strong organizational, communication, and adaptation skills
- Commitment to onsite-only services (no teletherapy or virtual work possible)
Role Overview:
- Serve a diverse student population within a supportive district, focusing on speech, language, and communication needs
- Oversee assessments, IEP development, and documentation using SEIS
- Provide direct therapy and consultation for students, parents, and staff
- Supervise and collaborate with SLPAs and facilitators as needed
- Maintain a flexible, resourceful approach to high caseload management
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student growth
