Key qualifications and experience:
- Active California SLP license required
- Previous experience providing speech and language services in a school setting strongly preferred

- Solid skills in assessment, diagnostics, and treatment planning for diverse K-8 caseloads
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility in fast-paced settings
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments for K-8th grade students
- Developing and executing IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Providing direct speech-language therapy and monitoring student progress
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining thorough documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participating in student support meetings, case reviews, and ESY-specific activities
