School Speech Language Pathologist - Kerman, CA

Both experienced SLP-CCCs and strong Clinical Fellows dedicated to school-based practice are encouraged to apply.
Key Qualifications:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology license and CCCs required (or eligibility for CF supervision)
- Minimum two years of SLP experience in California schools
- At least one year utilizing SEIS for documentation and case management
- Proven ability to supervise SLPAs alongside facilitators is highly valued
- Skilled in handling high caseloads and a robust volume of referrals
- Bilingual Spanish skills are an asset but not mandatory
- Must be comfortable providing onsite services (not a remote or teletherapy position)
- Commitment to professional collaboration and adaptable communication
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students with a wide spectrum of communication needs
- Collaborate with SLPA support as needed to maximize student impact
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain compliance with state and district standards
- Document therapy progress and manage all reporting requirements within SEIS
- Serve as a resource for teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to support the whole child
