Speech Language Pathologist in Lynnwood, WA

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Washington State SLP license and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility)
- Prior experience providing speech and language services in a school setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and implement individualized intervention plans
- Compliance with educational and clinical best practices, as well as applicable federal, state, and local guidelines
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students, both individually and in groups
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and track progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families for comprehensive student support
- Document sessions and maintain detailed, confidential records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Offer training or resources to staff and caregivers as needed
