This full-time, onsite contract role offers the chance to work with a diverse range of students. You’ll join a supportive team of SLPs, each serving their own caseload—approximately 45 students at the secondary level and 42 students at the elementary level. Your dedication and talent will help shape brighter futures, one student at a time.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Washington SLP license (copy required at the time of application)
- Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification (copy required at the time of application)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Provide direct therapy and support to assigned caseload—elementary and secondary students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to promote student progress
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that supports student success
