Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Haverhill, MA
A dynamic opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide expert support within a K-12 school setting in Haverhill, MA. This contract position offers a focused caseload serving students across kindergarten through 12th grade for the current school year (CSY). Work onsite three days per week totaling 22.5 hours, delivering impactful speech-language services to help students reach their communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders across a diverse student population.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Monitor progress and maintain detailed documentation and reports in compliance with school policies.
- Participate in professional development and ongoing training to enhance clinical skills.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license required.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings, including clinical fellowship year (CFY) candidates considered.
- Strong understanding of school-based speech-language pathology best practices and federal/state regulations.
- Ability to work onsite consistently three days per week.
