Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license for Massachusetts
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of assessments, IEPs, and therapy interventions for students in grades K-12
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across all grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique needs
  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy in group and individual settings
  • Consult regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and offer recommendations to best support student learning outcomes
