Speech and Language Pathologist in Cambridge, MA
A full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available in a public school setting in Cambridge, MA. This contract position offers the chance to support an elementary caseload through a dynamic range of responsibilities including assessments, report writing, direct therapy services, and active participation in IEP meetings. The position requires onsite presence due to caseload demands and collaboration with parents, teachers, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary students.
- Deliver individualized therapy services in compliance with school guidelines.
- Write detailed reports and develop IEP goals tailored to student needs.
- Provide consultations to educators and communicate effectively with parents.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support case management.
Qualifications:
- Must hold active Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Possession of ASHA CCC-SLP certification or currently completing Clinical Fellowship (CF).
- School-based experience required; familiarity with school procedures and IEP processes essential.
- Must comply with CORI background check and fingerprinting requirements.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- No Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants considered for this role.
Position Details:
- Full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) options available.
- Start date: ASAP with contract through June 30, 2026.

- Onsite role only due to caseload needs.
