Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Loveland, OH

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active CCC-SLP certification
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and parents
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for supporting students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students according to their IEPs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and group sessions, in accordance with student goals
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary planning process
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure comprehensive student support
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations
