Desired Qualifications:
- Active Kentucky SLP license required
- Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
- Background supporting a diverse range of speech and language needs from elementary through high school
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct therapy and group interventions as outlined by IEPs
- Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor progress and adjust strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including progress notes, reports, and documentation for compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a supportive, inclusive school culture
