Desired Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license (California)

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and actively contribute to IEP meetings (6 hours/week)
- Provide supervision and clinical guidance to SLPAs (1 hour/week)
- Ensure documentation and service compliance
- Collaborate with school staff and multidisciplinary teams
- Mentor and coach SLPAs to ensure service excellence
- Engage with staff to foster a supportive learning environment
