We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site school-based opportunity in the Los Angeles area for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers a supportive educational environment and the opportunity to work with diverse student populations across assigned school sites.
Position Details
Full-time position
40 hours per week
8-hour workdays
On-site services only
Number of schools assigned will vary based on placement
Some itinerant travel between school sites may be required
Caseloads typically range from 50–60 students
Qualifications
Active California SLP License required
California SLP Teaching Credential required
CF candidates will be considered
For Clinical Fellows, supervision must be secured through Soliant prior to placement
Additional Information
Soliant will reimburse assessment materials up to approximately $2,500

Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

Position Details:
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: K-12 students
Pay Rate: $55–$61 per hour (dependent on experience)
Contract Dates: August 3, 2026 – May 24, 2027
Employment Type: W-2
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development and progress tracking
