What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging speech and language therapy to students across the K-12 spectrum.
- Assess student needs, perform comprehensive evaluations, and develop tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings, with dedicated administrative time included.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and fellow school staff to foster positive communication outcomes.
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and ensure accurate student records.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid California state licensure or teaching credential in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially within school or teletherapy settings (SLP - CCC or SLP - CFY welcomed).
- Strong teamwork, initiative, and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and complete mandatory pre-employment fingerprinting.
