Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current California SLP license or eligibility to obtain.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY considered.
- Previous experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations.
- Solid communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse learning needs and cultural backgrounds.
What You'll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students.
- Develop and implement IEPs, track progress, and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings.
- Provide both individual and group therapy sessions.
- Consult with teachers and families to support classroom strategies.
- Maintain thorough records in compliance with state and district requirements.
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
