A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Los Angeles, CA, for the current school year through May 29, 2026. This contract role involves primarily working at one elementary school while providing support to additional sites as needed. The caseload includes approximately 45 students, with a focus on delivering tailored therapy services within a school environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for a diverse caseload of students.
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) targeted to student needs, especially for moderate to severe cases.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to integrate speech-language strategies across the curriculum.
  • Provide consultation and training to school personnel and families as applicable.
  • Document and report student progress in compliance with district policies and state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid and active Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • Experience working in school settings is required.
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 students.
  • Experience supporting students with moderate to severe speech and language impairments preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Location: Los Angeles, California (School-Based Contract Role)
