Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for a diverse caseload of students.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) targeted to student needs, especially for moderate to severe cases.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to integrate speech-language strategies across the curriculum.
- Provide consultation and training to school personnel and families as applicable.
- Document and report student progress in compliance with district policies and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid and active Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Experience working in school settings is required.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 students.
- Experience supporting students with moderate to severe speech and language impairments preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
