Speech and Language Pathologist - Long Beach, CA

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available for the 2024-2025 school year in Long Beach, CA. This contract role requires providing speech and language services to preschool and elementary school students in an on-site school setting. Two positions are open, each working five days a week, eight hours per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist credentials (SLP).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred.
- Experience working in school settings with preschool and elementary-aged children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
