Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates are also welcome
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Previous school-based or healthcare SLP experience highly valued
Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person speech-language therapy services to students, supporting their academic and social development
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with staff SLPs, teachers, and school team members to create effective therapy plans
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Contribute to a positive team environment and offer your expertise to help balance the caseload
- Adapt therapy strategies to meet each student’s unique needs
