School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Longmont, Colorado
This contract position as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is based in Broomfield, CO, supporting students at an elementary school within the Boulder Valley area. The role requires an experienced SLP with a valid license and school-based background.
Location: Broomfield, CO
Duration: March 23, 2026 – May 22, 2026
Schedule: Part-time, 3 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday), 7.5 paid hours daily (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM), with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Total of 24 hours per week, with some flexibility based on principal input.
Setting: Onsite only
Caseload: Less than 1:30 ratio, working exclusively on student contact days
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in a school setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on student assessments
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals with classroom activities
- Maintain compliance with district and state regulations regarding speech therapy services
- Document therapy sessions and progress in accordance with school policies
Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license or Certificate of Ongoing License (COOL) required
- Prior classroom experience and familiarity with school-based speech therapy
- Strong communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
