What you’ll do:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload, supporting students’ unique learning needs.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team and IEP meetings, ensuring cohesive support for your students.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to foster communication goals and positive learning environments.
- Accurately document therapy sessions, progress, and maintain compliance with educational standards.
What we’re looking for:
- An active California SLP license or valid credential (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, SLP-Pediatrics, or Teletherapy background welcomed)
- Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive independently and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Successful completion of a background check and mandatory fingerprinting prior to starting
