Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Lompoc, CA

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC or eligible)
- Previous experience in pediatric settings, teletherapy, and/or school-based environments preferred
- CTC permit REQUIRED or in-progress with documentation; candidates must cover the CTC permit fees
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to evidence-based therapy and individualized student care
- Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student needs, including those with IEPs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and virtual speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individual treatment plans
- Monitor and document student progress toward therapy goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating effectively with teachers and staff
- Offer consultation and support to school personnel and families
- Maintain compliance with state licensure and school district regulations
