Desired Qualifications:
- State licensure as SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA, or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly preferred
- Ability to develop and implement effective therapy techniques individualized to student needs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to professional growth and teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students aged PreK–12
- Develop and carry out individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain detailed documentation
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Guide students through interventions that foster academic and social success
- Support school initiatives and actively contribute to a positive school culture
