Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Logan, OH

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Logan, OH, supporting PreK students through a contract role from August to the end of the 2027 school year. This role provides a unique opportunity to make an impact on early childhood speech and language development by working directly with young learners and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide therapy to PreK students
- Perform home visits and child find visits to assess and support students in natural environments
- Spend four days per week working within the school building providing direct services
- Collaborate with Intervention Specialists (IS) on Mondays to support student needs and intervention planning
- Maintain detailed records, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings as required
Qualifications:
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Eligibility or certification for School SLP and CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) completed or in progress
- Experience working with PreK age group preferred
- Skilled in conducting home visits and child find activities
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with educational teams
Location and Schedule:
- Position is located in Logan, Ohio
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Four days on campus providing direct student services
- One day per week dedicated to collaboration with Intervention Specialists and administrative tasks
