Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license (Texas) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in schools—elementary, middle, high school, or transition programs preferred
- Comfort managing a caseload of up to 60 students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Adaptability to work at more than one site as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy for students in PK–12th grade (assignments based on your strengths)
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, communication, and language disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs, attend meetings, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes
- Deliver services across 1–2 campuses within the district
